Returns, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which are skincare and hygiene items, we are unable to accept returns. Your satisfaction is important to us, so please read the following policies carefully.
Cancellations and Order Changes :We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations or changes can be made after your order has been placed, provided that the request is processed before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
Damaged or Defective Products :We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we are here to assist you. Please follow these steps:
1. For Damaged or Defective Products: Submit a photo of the package and the damaged/defective contents to customerservice@gofadidi.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. For Missing Products: If you receive an incomplete order, please submit an image of the items you received along with your order number to customerservice@gofadidi.com.
Upon receiving your claim, our customer service team will review the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement of the product or a refund.
